TAAC's Chapters Fund

Turkish American population is not concentrated in a particular geographic location. In fact, TAAC’s members are very much dispersed, living in areas that are as far away from each other as Sacramento and Monterey. TAAC Chapter activities are essential to address diverse community needs and offer convenient regional access to TAAC’s resources. You may specify a particular Chapter with a comment, or donate to the primary Chapter Fund, whereby funds are dispersed periodically to Chapters with the greatest need. Donate

Tugba Karademir Skating Fund

As the first Muslim female athlete to compete internationally in women's figure skating, Ms. Karademir has beaten all the odds. Ms. Karademir's annual cost of training, coaching, ice time & competition costs exceed $100,000, annually. In order to continue her rigorous training and improve her rankings as she successfully represents Turkey in international competitions, Ms. Karademir and family need our help. Existing governmental funds for Ms. Karademir are simply inadequate to cover these and additional fees that are required for her continual acceleration and success. $5,000 will provide for Ms. Karademir trips to the United States for for choreography.
